Worship Life

Worship Life

Our time together and the reason why we gather for worship is because of all that God has done for us and how He continues to interact with us. God pours out His grace, forgiveness, mercy and love to us daily. Especially during this time, God forgives us, speaks to us through His Word and connects with us through His body and blood.

We then respond with heartfelt gratitude, thanksgiving, love and adoration for all that God has done through our songs, prayers, giving, and devotion. We’re glad you’re here with us today and we pray that you see all that God has done for you and join in with us to give God all of the glory He is due.

We hope that you might join us on September 20, 2026 for our first public worship service. Come and be a part of what God is doing at Veritas.

Communion Beliefs

We believe that Jesus is truly present in the bread and the wine. He meets us here in this sacrament to strengthen our faith and to truly “commune” and “be one with” God. We don’t try to explain how it all happens, but we hold on to the promise that Jesus says, “This is my body…and this is my blood for the forgiveness of sins”.

If you have more questions on this, please talk with Pastor Hotopp after the service or at another time. If you believe this along with us, please come and join us for this Family Meal. If you’re not quite sure about it yet, you can come up for a blessing with your arms crossed, or sit this one out until you get more information.

About the bread and wine:
 – All the bread is gluten-, nut-, and dairy-free.
 – We use wine just as Jesus did with His disciples; however, there is an alcohol-free option in the center of the individual cups.
