A Spiritual Grandparent oversees and coaches Spiritual Parents to form and lead spiritual families. They develop training pathways for those in a church family to experience ongoing development and growth that is multigenerational. They may do this through church planting, church leadership committed to multiplication, overseeing non-profits committed to multigenerational impact, or coaching or mentoring relationships. They need ongoing learning and support as they provide this for many others.
