A Spiritual Young Adult is ready to enter into spiritual apprenticeship. Just as a teenager is being prepared to leave the home by practicing adult decisions and behaviors while still at home, the Spiritual Young Adult is given plenty of opportunities to practice being a Spiritual Parent under the guidance and direction of spiritual mentors. At this stage, the Spiritual Young Adult has repeated opportunities to discover their unique design by God so they can hone in on the kind of serving God has designed them to engage in as they grow up and begin to lead others.
