Look for someone to mentor you in leadership training

Jesus never wants us to “go it alone” so he gives us community in order to grow and learn from one another, encourage each other, and build each other up for the sake of His Kingdom. As Jesus called His disciples, he said that they would continue the work he had done and do even greater works! (John 14) Jesus’ process was (1)”I do, you watch,” (2)”I do, you help,” (3)”You do, I help,” (4)”You do, I cheer”. Finding a mentor who can lead you through a process like this is our aim and prayer for you. Spend some time in prayer asking the Spirit who might be able to lead you in this way, so you too can become a key leader in this congregation and Christ’s Church.
