Leadership Assessment Checklist

Am I ready? This assessment is not an exam to pass, but a process to walk through for your own growth. You are seeking to understand how God has wired you and how you will need to be dependent on Him and others as you lead. The person asking the questions should ask questions seeking stories: “How has this ‘topic’ worked itself out in your life recently?” Furthermore, as you walk through this assessment, it will directly fit into your leadership development plan.
